Fishes
We eat fish quite often. After the meal I prepare the skin by reinventing the Inuit’s secret recipes. Or I print the handmade papers with the fish, Japanese style – before the meal. Or I simply paint them on linen, European style – during the meal.
Why do I do this? I believe the salvation of our ecosystem is firmly linked to the fish. As a symbol of the first Christians, it seems to me to carry a message for all times. This is what I am trying to understand and portray. A fish is not only skin and bones.
